A homes water pressure should be between 40-80 PSI. This home showed a pressure of almost 120 PSI. High water pressure puts excess strain on your plumbing system, including your pipes, seals and appliances that use water.
This type of deficiency is an easy fix but left alone is a safety concern.
All service panels are inspected inside and out. This panel in Horseshoe Bay had openings that presented a true safety hazard.
Concealed behind new trim this rotted post base was discovered. The inspection is a visual inspection and repairs that looked out of place led to this discovery.
