Welcome to a visual journey through the world of home inspections. These images capture the essence of what I encounter during a typical inspection. Sometimes, spotting an issue is straightforward; other times, it requires a discerning eye.

When I conduct a home inspection, I follow a systematic approach:

• I begin by examining the exterior of the house. From the roof to the foundation, I assess every detail.
• Often, one issue leads to another—a rusty nail on the roof may signal deeper problems.
•  A minor issue outside can impact the interior.
• For instance, that rusty nail? It could cause roof damage, which in turn affects the attic. Here’s the critical part: addressing issues promptly. A neglected leak can escalate.
• What starts as a roof concern might eventually become a troublesome ceiling leak.
